ASSESSMENT – Smaller Spaces – under 3,000 sq feet
$200 for first hour onsite or any part thereof
$200/hour for any additional time
$100/hour for travel to the site
ASSESSMENT – Larger Spaces – 3,000 sq feet+ and Multiple Spaces*
$300 for first hour onsite or any part thereof
$200/hour for any additional time
$100/hour for travel to the site
Average assessment takes approximately 2.5 hours
*Larger spaces include the assistance of another specialist, typically Jim Mahoney, BBEC/EMRS
Expedited report fee – when a report is needed sooner than 10 days:
$250 for a report to be produced sooner than 10 days
$400 for a report to be produced within 48 hours
Payment (check or cash) is due at time of assessment with checks made out to Current Living, LLC.
Assessments include a report, with findings and recommendations, which will follow via email generally within 10 days.
